We will be hosting a variety of martial activities and A&S displays and competitions to honor and welcome our new baronage. Refund Policy: Pre-registered event attendees shall receive a refund for the site and feast registrations (as applicable) provided that the refund request is received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event in writing by either the Event Steward, the head gatekeeper, or the reservationist (if separate from the head gatekeeper). Feast refunds will only be allowed if the seats can be resold. Pre-registered event attendees requesting a refund who used PayPal or other electronic forms of registering will receive a refund minus any fees incurred by the electronic registering service. Refunds will be issued after the event books close provided the event makes a profit. Cancelling the registration in SCORES is encouraged but does not meet the written notification request requirements.
DRY SITE. No pets are allowed on site. Service animals welcome.
Accessibility Information: Event site is primary hard packed dirt/sand or grass with limited paved areas. Pavilions are paved and covered, but there is no paved path between pavilions. Parking lot is gravel. Indoor tables have group benches, rather than individual chairs. Main hall has modern bathrooms with one accessible stall in men and women's area. Cabins/cabinettes are PRIMITIVE, not heated/cooled and are bunkbeds. Please see the images on the website to get a better idea of what will be available to you. Tent camping has access to a primitive latrine. The wash station will NOT be running, but there is water available nearby. Shower house has individual shower rooms, limited accessible showers. Flush toilets are available in the camping area. Restrooms and showers for the cabins/cabinettes are modern, flush toilets with sinks and running water.
